Terms of Service

By accessing or using Mynawoo (the "Service"), including the website (mynawoo.com) and any future iOS/Android apps, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

• Invite-only beta. During beta, access is by invitation only.
• Jurisdiction limits. During beta, the Service is not offered to residents of Türkiye. We may restrict or disable access by geolocation/IP or other measures in jurisdictions where we are not yet operating or where legal risk is high.
• Age. You must be 13+ to use the Service. If you are in the EEA/UK, you must be 16+ or have verifiable parental consent. We may delete accounts that violate this section.

The Service is in beta and provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." Features may change, be suspended, or break without notice. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate and are for educational purposes only.

Register via email/password or Google. You are responsible for your credentials and all activity on your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use.

You will not: (a) violate laws; (b) upload infringing, abusive, sexual, or harmful content; (c) reverse engineer or bypass security; (d) scrape or harvest data; (e) use the Service for academic dishonesty or to facilitate harm.

You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, reproduce, and display your content solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service. We may sublicense to our processors (hosting/AI vendors) for these limited purposes. The license ends when your content is deleted from active systems, subject to reasonable backup cycles.

Payments, renewals, taxes, and refunds are governed solely by Gumroad's terms and policies. We are not the merchant of record and do not store full card numbers. To prevent future charges, disable auto-renew in your Gumroad account. To the extent permitted by law, fees for the current term are non-refundable.

The Service software, design, and branding are ours or our licensors'. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works except as permitted by law.

Email [email protected] with: your contact info, description of the work, the infringing URL, a good-faith statement, and your signature. We may remove content and, where appropriate, terminate repeat infringers.

You may stop using the Service anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose risk. Sections intended to survive (IP, disclaimers, limits of liability, indemnity, governing law) survive termination.

• THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES (EXPRESS OR IMPLIED), INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
• TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IN ANY 12-MONTH PERIOD IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF US$50 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THAT PERIOD (EXCLUDING AMOUNTS PAID TO GUMROAD AS MERCHANT OF RECORD). WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

You will indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your content or your violation of these Terms or law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue lie in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.

To the extent permitted by law, both parties waive the right to participate in class, consolidated, or representative actions, and waive the right to a jury trial. If unenforceable in your jurisdiction, this clause does not apply.

We may update these Terms. We will post the new date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
