1Mynawoo 7-Day Voluntary Guarantee

  • In addition to any rights you have under applicable law or the buyer terms of the Merchant of Record, you may ask for a full refund within 7 calendar days of a web payment for a Mynawoo subscription, including a renewal.
  • The guarantee applies to genuine purchases made through an authorized Mynawoo checkout. We may request the receipt, order number, account email, and reasonable information needed to locate the transaction and prevent fraud. Asking for a reason is optional and does not make an otherwise eligible request conditional on your answer.
  • A refund ends the paid entitlement connected to that payment. We may suspend access associated with a refunded, reversed, fraudulent, or charged-back transaction.

2Mandatory Consumer Rights

  • This policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer right, remedy, legal guarantee, or statutory withdrawal period. If applicable law or the Merchant of Record’s binding buyer terms give you a longer period or a more favorable remedy, that protection applies.
  • For example, eligible consumers in the EEA or UK may have a 14-day withdrawal right for certain digital-service purchases. That right can be affected where immediate performance or access begins after the consumer gives the consent and acknowledgment required by law. The exact rights and controls presented by the Merchant of Record at checkout also apply.

3How to Request a Web Refund

  • Email [email protected] from the address associated with your Mynawoo account and include the order number or receipt. You may also use the support or transaction-management link in your receipt.
  • Paddle purchase. Use the link in your Paddle receipt, the Paddle customer portal, or paddle.net. Paddle processes approved refunds for transactions where it is the seller and Merchant of Record.
  • Gumroad purchase. Reply to the Gumroad receipt or contact us. Mynawoo can submit or issue an eligible refund through Gumroad, and Gumroad may also act under its own buyer, fraud, and chargeback rules.
  • Do not send full card numbers, passwords, identity documents, or other unnecessary sensitive information by email.

4Processing Time

We aim to review complete requests promptly. If approved, the Merchant of Record returns funds to the original payment method where possible. Provider and bank processing times vary and are outside our control; a refund may take several business days to appear. Any statutory refund deadline continues to apply.

5Cancellation and Renewals

Cancellation prevents future renewal and normally leaves paid access available until the end of the current billing period. It does not automatically refund a completed payment. Cancel using the management link in your receipt, the applicable Merchant of Record portal, Profile → Subscription where available, or by contacting support. Submit the request before the next renewal; cancellation timing shown by the billing provider controls the upcoming charge.

6Requests Outside the Voluntary Period

After the 7-day voluntary period, a payment is not refundable merely because you changed your mind, unless applicable law, the Merchant of Record’s binding terms, or another express promise requires a refund. We will still review claims involving duplicate or unauthorized charges, failure to provide paid access, material service defects, or extended outages attributable to us.

7App-Store and Other Purchases

For a purchase made through Google Play, an app store, or another third-party checkout, use the refund method shown on that provider’s receipt or account portal. We may assist with account information and, where the provider permits, submit or approve a refund, but the provider controls the payment reversal. Its rules apply in addition to your mandatory rights.

8Abuse and Duplicate Recovery

We may deny the voluntary guarantee where there is credible evidence of fraud, repeated refund abuse, material misuse, or an attempt to obtain both a provider refund and a chargeback for the same payment. This does not limit a valid statutory claim or a good-faith report of an unauthorized transaction.
